Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a certified Shadow Work Coach and Group Facilitator, AC-accredited Jungian Psychodynamic Coach, ICF-accredited Integral Coach, and certified somatic practitioner.

I support thoughtful, growth-oriented people, often founders, leaders, therapists, coaches and creatives, who are ready to move beyond insight alone, let go of outdated identities and step into deep inner alignment.

Drawing on over 20 years of professional trainings in adult development, leadership programmes, and relational psychology, along with expertise in Shadow Work and Jungian Psychodynamic Coaching, I help clients heal unhelpful patterns, navigate life transitions soulfully, connect with their deepest truth, and live life with greater ease, wisdom and compassion.

My approach is sensitive, psychologically rigorous, and grounded in care. My clients often leave their sessions feeling lighter, clearer, more energised, and with a calm sense of confidence. Over time, they describe feeling emotionally freer, more skillful and authentic in their relationships, naturally joyful, and secure in who they are, both personally and professionally.

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about identifying and working with your unconscious motivations, emotional truth, and intuitive body-knowing to create lasting, integrated growth.

If this work is already resonating with you, I invite you to book a complimentary connection call: a space to ask questions, explore support options, and feel into whether we’re the right fit.

WHAT I BRING TO THIS WORK

With a background that bridges law, philosophy, education, business, psychology and somatics, I bring a rich breadth of experience to this work. I hold an MA in Law from Oxford University, and began my career as a solicitor in the City of London before pivoting to more human-centred work.

I’ve been immersed in personal development for over 20 years and have trained professionally in a range of modalities including Jungian Psychodynamic Coaching, Shadow Work, Integral Coaching, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Emotional Freedom Technique, Reiki, Dance Movement Psychotherapy, Focusing, and trauma-informed Heart Coherence practices.

After realising that law didn’t quite speak to the deeper questions that moved me, I chose to follow a path rooted in human potential. I built an award-winning tutoring and parent coaching company supporting thousands of families, and co-founded the UK’s first national tutors’ association. Now, my focus as a coach is on supporting people to come home to themselves and live in alignment with their true nature, integrating both the gifts and the shadows that make us whole.

"I’ve brought so much to our sessions… grief, joy, shame, rage… and Alexandra has always met me with unwavering presence. It feels like nothing is too much for her. She offers such a rare mix of emotional depth, psychological clarity, and practical tools. I’ve never felt more seen or supported."

WHAT I STAND FOR:

  • True integrity means living and leading from the inside out, our essence, where our choices reflect our core values, not just our conditioning. In a world overflowing with advice and information, I believe what we really need is integration: the ability to live what we already know deep inside. That often means owning our gifts and limits, and showing up with clarity, self-responsibility, and truth, even when it’s uncomfortable.

  • When we speak and act with honesty and humility, we create the conditions for real connection. In my work, that means making space for the deeper wisdom to emerge gently, without pressure or performance. I support clients to show up as they are, at a pace that feels safe, so they can begin to trust their voice, their feelings and their unique way of being in the world. From that place, healing happens naturally, and ripples outward into their relationships.

  • I believe love is the most transformative force we have, not the loud, performative kind but the steady, attuned, gentle kind that honours wholeness over perfection. With my clients, love means meeting all parts of them with warmth, respect and compassion. It also means reflecting their essential goodness back to them, beyond the distortions that can sometimes occlude it from their view. In a world that overwhelms the sensitive soul, genuine presence, deep listening, and small, consistent kindnesses can be radical acts of healing.

  • It takes courage to face what we’ve hidden, choose differently, and grow through challenge. It also takes courage to stay open and to show up fully for those we care about, even when it’s vulnerable. I honour a steady, tender kind of bravery, the kind that expands our capacity to keep turning towards truth, feel discomfort without shutting down, and keep loving through it, knowing that this is an essential ingredient for our development.

  • You are a one-of-a-kind expression of life, made of stardust and soul, never to exist in quite this way again. You were never meant to fit into someone else’s mould. Your sensitivities, quirks, and longings are clues pointing inwards, to your essence and how you’re meant to move through the world. I believe when we honour our specific wiring, rather than overriding it, we unlock the joy, insight and unique medicine we’re here to offer. I celebrate and encourage that.

  • So much of our wounding happens in relationship, through misattunement, shame, or not being met. But so does healing. When we’re genuinely seen and not turned away from, by people willing to make room for us and our truth, something inside begins to reorganise. Shame softens, trust builds, and we remember that we’re not alone anymore. That’s why, whether through one-to-one support or guided group experiences, everything I offer is grounded in relational repair and nervous system healing.

HOW I WORK

For me, Shadow Work isn’t about fixing, analysing or being detached. It’s a deeply relational process: sitting with another human being and offering clear reflection, steady guidance, and tender presence as they explore their inner world and uncover what has been hidden.

Inspired by Carl Rogers’ belief that it is the quality of the therapeutic relationship that creates the conditions for healing, I prioritise trust and attunement over allegiance to any one method. I don't diagnose or direct, I walk beside you with warmth, care, and deep respect for your unique unfolding.

In practice, this means drawing on a range of tools, including inner ‘parts’ work, psychodynamic techniques, attachment theory, practical relationship skills, somatic, and energetic practices. We’ll work at a depth and pace that feels supportive to your system- building self-trust, resilience, and the capacity to meet life from a more integrated and empowered place.

WHO I WORK WITH

This work is for self-aware, wholehearted individuals navigating an inner threshold.

✦ Many of my clients are outwardly very high functioning and accomplished, but privately grappling with emotional blocks, relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout, grief, or transition. They are often coaches, creatives, founders, professionals, and heart-centred leaders who are longing to live with more congruence, creativity and soulful ease.

✦ The people I work with are curious, open to depth, and willing to explore beyond the purely rational. Whether or not they identify as spiritual, they’re receptive to working with metaphor, symbolism, the unconscious, and the felt wisdom of the body, trusting that meaningful transformation often begins in the unseen.

✦ While most of my online group programmes are designed for women, my one-to-one coaching and exclusive Shadow Work retreats are open to all genders. The tender, transformative spaces I hold, support men and women alike to integrate both masculine and feminine, and step into greater authenticity and alignment in life, love, and leadership.

YOU CAN FIND ME…

Reading. Travelling. Writing. Creating. Teaching.

Most days you’ll also find me working one-to-one with clients, developing group programmes and retreats, or designing Shadow Work resources from a sunlit corner.

I love studying psychology, mythology and mysticism, and I’m forever exploring new depth trainings to enrich my practice.

And for those who were already wondering… yes, I’m a happy HSP, Enneagram Type 4, INFP and empowered empath. I have a soft spot for coaching fellow intuitives, deep-feeling powerhouses and those attuned to beauty and complexity, and I’m quietly devoted to making sure the tenderhearted don’t burn out, or go extinct.

On weekends you’ll catch me walking through forests with friends, planning my next trip to the mountains or dancing barefoot in my kitchen.

I’m most at home in water, whether it’s the turquoise stillness of the Mediterranean or the icy thrill of a glacier-fed lake.

And I’m always here for soulful conversations with loved ones, and the occasional candle-making or raw chocolate experiment.

I believe…

...that we are nature; cyclical, ever-changing, and designed to evolve.

I believe, like Marion Woodman, that our best chance to heal as a society and return to wholeness as individuals, is to restore the feminine to our culture and our hearts.

I know that each of us carries a golden light within: a unique configuration of gifts that life longs to express through us. Sometimes that radiance gets buried beneath pain, shame or expectation, but it’s never lost. I believe the soul is always whispering, always calling us home and that when we learn to follow its wisdom, we begin to live in flow with something greater.

Now more than ever, the world needs your full, authentic presence.

You are not here to play small. You are here to shine.
